30-Day Return Window

We want you to love every treasure you find here. If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return Shipping

If your item was damaged during transit or arrived with a manufacturing defect, we'll cover the full cost of return shipping — you won't pay a cent. If you're returning an item for any other reason (such as changing your mind or it just isn't the right fit), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including free return shipping if needed.
